Linksys Admin Login Guide – How to Access the Router Settings

Before you log in to your Linksys router’s admin panel, here’s what you need to know:

Login address: The default is usually http://192.168.1.1. Some newer models may use http://myrouter.local or http://LinksysSmartwifi.com.

Username: Most Linksys routers don’t require a username. If prompted, you can leave it blank or try “admin.”

Admin password: The default password is usually admin.

• Open a web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Edge), and type 192.168.1.1 or myrouter.local into the address bar. Then press Enter.
