1. Connect your computer or mobile device to the FRITZ!Box router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.

2. Open a web browser and enter http://fritz.box in the address bar and press Enter. Alternatively, you can use the backup IP address 192.168.178.1.

3. On the login page, enter the FRITZ!Box admin password. For first-time setups, follow the prompts to create a new admin password.

4. In the initial setup wizard, select your preferred interface language and region, then click Next.

5. In the admin panel’s left menu, click Internet and navigate to Account Information / Access Data to configure your internet account or connection settings.

6. From the Internet Service Provider dropdown, select your broadband provider. If it is not listed, choose Other Internet Service Provider.

7. Choose your connection type (e.g., DSL or Fiber) and enter the username and password provided by your ISP, if required.

8. Click Apply at the bottom right. The FRITZ!Box will start detecting the internet connection.

9. Once the page confirms a successful internet connection, click OK to complete the setup.
