1. Connect Your Device to the Router:
You can use any device such as a computer, phone, or tablet connected to the same local network as the wireless router. Typically, this is done via a wireless connection (Wi-Fi) by finding the router's Wi-Fi name in your device's WLAN settings and entering the password. If you are using a desktop computer, you should plug one end of an Ethernet cable into the computer's network port and the other end into the router's LAN port, and the computer and router will connect automatically.

2. Find the Correct IP Address:
Before accessing the router’s management interface, you need to know the correct IP address. Many routers have a label on the back or bottom that lists the default IP address, username, and password. If you’ve changed the default IP address, you can find the correct one as follows:
- On a computer: Click the "Network Connection" icon in the lower right corner of the screen → Select "Network and Internet Settings" → Select "Ethernet (or WLAN)" → Click "Network and Sharing Center" → Click the "Connected Network (such as WLAN)" next to "Connection" → Click "Details", the router's IP address will be next to "IPv4 Default Gateway"
- On a Mobile phone: Go to "Settings" → Tap "Wi-Fi" → Tap the currently connected Wi-Fi network → Tap "Advanced" or "Details" → Check the gateway or router address (the address you use to log in to the router management interface)
3. Open a Web Browser:
On your device, open a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
4. Enter the Correct IP Address:
Type “10.5.50.1” into the browser’s address bar and press Enter. This will take you to the router’s login page. Be sure to type it in the address bar, not the search bar. You must enter the correct IP address and avoid typos like 10.5 50.1, 10.5.50.l, www.10.5.50.1, 10.5.50, 10.5.5.1, or https //10.5.50.1.
5. Enter the Username and Password:
After successfully opening 10.5.50.1, a web login interface will appear. You need to enter the username and password. The default credentials are usually listed on a label on the bottom of the router, often as “admin/admin” or “admin/password”. If you’ve changed the login information, use the username and password you set.
6. Access the Router Settings Page:
Once logged in, you will enter the router’s management interface. Here, you can make various settings, such as changing the Wi-Fi name and password, setting up parental controls, managing connected devices, and more. Click to view: 10.5.50.1 How to change Wi-Fi password
